• Appreciative sales consulting: Identifying needs, curating treasures, arousing emotions
• Storytelling: Transparently explaining the origin, material, condition & special features of our treasures
• Clienteling & Community: Building relationships, follow-ups, developing a loyal customer base
• Space & Presentation: Restocking merchandise, showcasing treasures, helping to design the POS
• In-store processes: Cashiering, supporting the acceptance/sales process, preparing transfers

• Mindset first: Host mentality, enjoyment of people, passion for sales & goals
• Prior experience in fashion retail or customer-facing is an advantage.
• High service and quality orientation, reliable, proactive work ethic
• Passion for Sustainable Fashion & Second-Hand (Circular Mindset)
• Linguistically proficient: French and English very good; additional languages such as German are an advantage.
• Availability 40–80%, willingness to work regular shifts on Saturdays

The traineeship is designed as practical training in a non-traditional professional field. The aim is to gain a solid understanding of the craft and the tasks involved, and to qualify for a possible permanent position at REAWAKE through performance, commitment, and development.
