About: At the beginning of the 20th century, Hermès launched a collection of leather dog collars.
The collar, intended as protection for hunting dogs, inspired Hermès to create a belt with a ring and four-sided beveled dome-shaped rivets.
This design provided the inspiration, and thus the Collier de Chien bracelet was born. Today, the iconic design is available in many different versions: as a belt, bangle, scarf ring, and ring.
