The Rayures d'Été scarf, measuring 140 x 140 cm, is made from a fine blend of 70% cashmere and 30% silk. This combination ensures a soft, lightweight feel and a smooth drape—ideal for cooler summer evenings or as a stylish everyday accessory. The edges are hand-rolled, as is typical for Hermès.
The design was created by Filipe Jardim and first presented in 2022. It depicts a summery scene with loose brushstrokes: palm trees, dunes, parasols, and terrace flair are reminiscent of relaxed coastal landscapes. The composition appears spontaneous and lively, almost sketchy, and exudes a pleasant lightness.
With its generous size, the Rayures d'Été is suitable for many different ways of wearing it: as a scarf, shawl, light wrap, or as an elegant accessory around the shoulders. A piece that conveys a summery vibe without being loud—understated, artistic, and wearable at the same time.
