The Coco Cocoon collection was designed by Karl Lagerfeld around 2009 and embodies his aim to transfer the classic Chanel vocabulary into modern everyday life. The name of the collection is a double homage: to Coco Chanel herself and to the protective, soft shell that characterises every treasure in this line. The face of the campaign was British pop singer Lily Allen, whose playful yet stylish personality aptly embodied the spirit of the collection. Since the Coco Cocoon collection was released as a limited edition, the secondary market is now the only way to find these increasingly rare treasures.

The Travel Treasure is made of lightweight, quilted nylon in classic black and features characteristic leather details and aged silver-coloured hardware. The double zip opens to a spacious, burgundy nylon interior with a practical zip pocket. The padded quilted design in Chanel's typical diamond pattern gives this treasure its unmistakable, slightly sculptural shape without adding weight, a treasure that combines craftsmanship and travel comfort in equal measure.
