This 1995 Birkin Treasure belongs to an era when Hermès regularly incorporated the Toile H and Barenia combination into production, a material pairing that is now considered by collectors to be one of the most distinctive and sought-after. Toile H is a durable cotton fabric that Hermès has used for decades for its travel bags and seasonal special models, directly recalling the equestrian roots of the house. Barenia, on the other hand, is one of the oldest leathers in Hermès' repertoire, originally developed for saddlery and now known among connoisseurs for its velvety texture and its ability to make the smallest scratches disappear by simply rubbing them with a finger. Over time, Barenia develops a dark, deep patina that transforms each piece into an individual, unmistakable unique item.

The combination of beige Toile H and the natural-colored Barenia leather elements creates a classic, yet exceptionally authentic contrast.
