H.STERN Cobblestones Set of Three 18k Gold

The Cobblestones set (ring, necklace, and earrings) from H. Stern's Cobblestones collection combines clean geometry with carefully selected colored gemstones and fine goldwork. The collection is inspired by cobblestone streets, known as cobblestones, such as those found in Búzios, Brazil. These stones inspired the design, which plays with organic texture, asymmetrical shapes, and harmoniously embedded gemstones. The pieces are made of textured 18-karat gold, in which the faceted Rock Crystal natural stones are set. Small diamonds serve as complementary points of light without dominating the composition.

Hans Stern (1922–2007), founder of the company, was born in Essen and emigrated to Rio de Janeiro with his Jewish family at the outbreak of the war. There, he began his career at the gemstone exporter Cristab, established contacts with mine operators, and laid the foundation for the H. Stern company. He achieved international recognition as the so-called "King of Colored Gemstones," who made the potential of Brazilian gemstones visible worldwide. The craftsmanship is solid, the settings precise and functional. The design language does not follow a short-term trend, but rather a concept of durability and craftsmanship.
