The Louis Vuitton Embossed Monogram Zip-Up Jacket combines a sporty silhouette with the Maison's signature monogram. Designed by Georges Vuitton in 1896, the pattern was originally created for the house's travel luggage; here, it is not printed, but rather incorporated into the surface as an embossed relief. This keeps the monogram understated, becoming visible primarily through the play of light.
The black neoprene used gives this treasure a smooth, slightly technical surface and supports its clearly defined shape. Originally developed for functional applications, neoprene has long since established itself in fashion as well.
